- 400g red onions

- 4 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

- Salt to taste

- Black pepper to taste

- 200g chicken sausages


Recipe Steps:

- Step 1: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

- Step 2: Season the ribeye steaks with salt, black pepper, and a tablespoon of olive oil. Set aside.

- Step 3: In a large bowl, combine the bell peppers, zucchini, and red onions. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the vegetables evenly.

- Step 4: Place the vegetables on a baking sheet and roast in the oven at 200°C (392°F) for 20-25 minutes, or until they are tender and slightly charred.
